TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A team will consist of 17 members. More than 1 team per college are allowed.
2. Individual event registration fee is ₹ 500. Team registration fee would be ₹ 3500 (inclusive of all events).
3. Reporting time and date -7:50 AM on 5th October 2018.
4. Outstation colleges must contact the Core Team in advance for accommodation.
5. Teams participating in all the events of the fest will only be eligible for Overall Trophy.
6. The final round of BMT should consist of the Full Team (All 17 members).
7. The decision of the College Fest Committee is final and binding.
8. Students should bring their ID cards, laptops, pen drives, internet dongles & stationaries.
9. The logos of participating college should not be visible on their blazers.
10. No refund will be given once registration is done.
11. All the participants are requested to come in formal attire.
12. Any concerns must be addressed to the Synectics 2K18 Core Team.
